1956 - Marla Reunites Alfalfa

Cast Changes: After Bernard and Shemp's deaths, Bennie Bartlett, Buddy Arrington, Lyle Talbot, Jean Willes, Benny Rubin and Kenneth MacDonald were leaving. Doris Kemper, Queenie Smith, Stanley Clements and Danny Welton were joined in. Ronnie Thomas and Philip Van Zandt were the only two were rejoined.

Plot: Marla reunited the boy, who is now grown up and changed his name to Shifty, and revived as Carl. Danny was fired, and he and five more men had a fight at Emil's house.

A year earlier, the three girls were upset about Shemp, not even as Moe and Larry. Louie's Sweet Shop decided to close down due to the owner's death, and Alfalfa came back as Shifty, the gold mine man. His real name is Carl. The younger self appeared as a stock footage of "The Pinch Singer." Carl took Marla to her house, and cut back to April 1956.

Marla was at Philip Van Zandt's apartment, worried about his food. Moe and Larry were there. Slip and Sach were with Ms. Kate Kelly, played by Doris Kemper. Marla got mad at Ron as Slip was already in jail for drunk driving on May 22. Kate's sister-in-law, also named Kate, played by Queenie Smith, had replaced her due to retirement.

After Danny lost his job, Marla was with Ronnie Thomas as he busted his engine. Emil lost a diamond ring in the sink. The Stooges found the ring as the scene was cut. Danny, Sach, Chuck and Duke were fighting at Emil's house, Moe hit a pie at Emil as Marla and the six football stars were squad down. Marla told Emil to kick the six of the brats out.

Carl returned to visit Marla as Atlanta performed a song called "Atlanta Burned Again Last Night." Marla was so thrilled with Carl as she was a former foster mother.

No wrong or right at this time, but this reunion story for Marla and Alfalfa were on the spot.
